SULFROCK

WHERE QUALITY STARTS:
MATERIALS & MANUFACTURING

Elevating your projects with premium Magnesium Sulphate (MgS) Board Solutions

SULFROCK boards stand apart from traditional MgS products by using high-quality magnesium sulphate as the primary ingredient, rather than magnesium chloride. This formulation delivers significant advantages, including A1 fire resistance, improved moisture stability, and natural resistance to termites and fungal growth.

Unlike conventional chloride-based MgO boards, our sulphate-based boards eliminate issues related to moisture absorption and halogenation. Chloride boards can degrade over time when exposed to humidity, potentially affecting performance and indoor air safety. SULFROCK magnesium sulphate boards avoid these problems entirely, ensuring long-lasting reliability and peace of mind.

Choose SULFROCK for a durable, safe, and high-performance construction solution designed for long-term stability.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Step 1: Material Mixing

Our fully automated systems precisely control the ratio of all raw materials, ensuring a consistent, high-quality mixture that forms the basis of every SULFROCK board.

Step 2: Board Production

The mixture is placed into moulds and reinforced with multiple layers of fibre mesh to provide strength and stability. Production is completed on a fully automated line to maintain uniform quality across every board.

Step 3: Controlled Curing

After an initial 24-hour curing phase at 23°C, the boards are removed from the moulds and maintained under controlled temperature and environmental conditions for 7–8 days to ensure structural integrity.

Step 4: Natural Curing & Finishing

Boards are trimmed and cut to precise dimensions, then placed in a natural environment for an additional three-day curing period before being transferred to quality control.

Step 5: Final Inspection

SULFROCK boards undergo sampling and testing for thickness and size tolerance, flexural strength, and nail-holding capacity to ensure they meet our strict performance standards.
